Writing perfectly is an impossible task. The sooner you get over the idea that you can write a perfect piece, the better you can attend to your writing tasks.
Thanks again!

[...] So what of this blog, then? I’m planning to return to a weekly schedule of a post or two per week, schedule permitting. I’d like to keep doing what I was doing before: checking out cool tech and web products that raise an eyebrow by doing something cool or not-so-cool. Will there be posts about games? Undoubtedly. Will there be posts about other stuff? Clearly. Will there be long periods of radio silence? Most likely. [...]

I knew he would have to decide eventually. But what could he do? He wanted them both. I knew the chocolate bar would tempt him for years before reaching its expiry date. The fruit, on the other hand, would rot quickly if left out on the counter. In fact, as I stared at it, I could already see signs of it going bad.

Discouraged, he pushed his chair away from the counter and sulked away to his room. As I sat staring alone at the fruit and chocolate, I remembered a banana I had once kept. All the other bananas on the stem had turned yellow, shown bruises and black spots and screamed at me to be eaten. But this last banana had stayed green and unblemished for nearly two weeks. Finally, I realized something was wrong; no banana took that long to ripen. But it was already too late. I peeled the perfect skin back to reveal a gooey, putrid mess. I gazed back at the counter and wondered if apples were like bananas.
